SCOPE
Develops and manages competitive bid and negotiated multi-trade projects in the civil, commercial, and industrial markets.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years of experience in construction industry with specific work in estimating.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establishes initial project budget and value engineering analysis
• Prepares estimates
• Prepares take-offs of self-performed concrete, masonry, and carpentry functions
• Develops and analyzes subcontractor scope and qualifications
• Manages post-bid evaluations with the project staff and communicates to owners

SCOPE
Manages all project activities including, but not limited to, preliminary estimates, budgets, financial control, scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout, and owner occupancy.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years of experience in construction related activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Works closely with the architect/engineer

Coordinates estimating, scheduling, and safety efforts

Conducts pre-bid meetings

Directs value engineering

Pre-qualifies subcontractors and suppliers

Monitors purchasing

Supervises shop drawings

Maintains regular communication with the field

Provides monthly status reports to owner

Participates in all team meetings

Conducts weekly job site meetings

Prepares monthly pay requests to owner/architect

Approves and submits monthly pay requests of subcontractors and suppliers

Prepares purchase orders for owner tax savings

Requests and maintain operation and maintenance manuals

Partners with project coordinator to provide ongoing and accessible support

Responds to Requests for Information and presents cost adjustments

SCOPE
Coordinates and supervises all on-site construction activities of a project.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum five years of experience on site supervising construction related activities. Concrete forming and large project experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Works closely with the owner, foremen, subcontractors and/or craft activities
-
Coordinates plans and specifications with project manager and others, clarifying discrepancies
-
Ensures profitability and timely completion of assigned projects
-
Coordinates on-site safety efforts

SCOPE
This position is primarily administrative in nature and will work along side our project managers to assist with the planning, directing and coordinating of activities of assigned construction projects. Position requires individual with a high propensity toward organization, focus on detail and multi-tasking.
EXPERIENCE
Four years of administrative and general office experience, including experience working with software programs that require data entry, software navigation and report writing. Two years of construction administration or related experience preferred. Strong customer service background a must.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Develop and maintain the filing system for projects by owner, architect, engineer, subcontractor, etc.
-
Assist with the preparation, distribution and tracking logs including but not limited to, scope changes, purchase orders, insurance, contracts and project shop drawings.
-
Exhibit competence in assisting in the preparation of subcontracts, material purchase agreements, RFI’s, submittals and change orders.
-
Responsible for typing project related correspondence, meeting minutes, etc.
-
Provide support for general project tasks.
-
Prepare and submit manuals and other documents required by specifications to closeout the project.
-
Other duties as assigned.
